Lease Type: Month-to-month rental (30-day minimum stay required). Monthly Rent: $2,100 Security Deposit: $1,050 refundable (due prior to move-in) Application & Screening: Zillow applications are accepted. Background and credit check required and paid directly by each applicant through Zillow. Administrative Fee: $75 non-refundable administrative fee (in addition to application/screening fees) Cleaning Fee: $150 standard cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. Additional cleaning or costs for damage beyond normal wear and tear will also be deducted. Furnishings: Fully furnished. Tenant is responsible for maintaining furnishings in good condition. Damage, missing items, or excessive wear will be deducted from the security deposit. Utilities: Water, sewer, trash, internet, and HOA-covered utilities are included in rent. Gas and electric are included up to a combined total of $150 per month. Any overage will be billed to tenant. Occupancy Limit: Maximum 2 occupants.
