This pet-friendly apartment is designed for a courteous guest who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, and leaves the place as they found it. Early check-in and late check-in are available for $75 each, if doable. A late checkout until 12:30 pm can be requested and approved in advance for $35. A same-day checkout request for 1 pm, when approved, will cost $65. There is a pet fee if you intend to bring a pet. The apartment is in a key location in the Galleria. This is a non-smoking property, and smoking in the unit, on the balcony, or in the community will result in a $600 penalty for treatment and odor removal. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed; any reservation will be immediately terminated, and you will need to vacate the unit on the spot and lose all reservation payments, in addition to a $500 charge. Guests must not contact, visit, call, or communicate in any way with the building leasing office or the building staff; all concerns, requests, and issues must be communicated through the host and associates, as contacting the leasing office may result in termination of your reservation and a $400 penalty. Quiet hours start at 10 pm on weeknights and 11 pm on weekends, and a noise violation will result in an $80 charge. A trash violation will result in an $80 charge. Please do not forget to leave the key sets, fobs, and parking pass, as each item will cost $100 to replace. The guest must place the parking tag, permit, or sticker on the front windshield in a visible location and can park anywhere that is not reserved or handicap. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged. If I receive any lease violations, the guest will be charged.
