This is a 2bed/1 bath unit on the first floor. It is NOT a garden unit. Please refer to the floor plan for bedroom sizes before setting up a showing. There is no parking. Street parking is available and very easy on the Seeley side of the building. There is a large private deck off the living area of the unit and a large shared yard space. Water and garbage are included in this monthly rent and tenants pay all other utilities (gas, electric, and cable/internet). Laundry is located in the basement down and interior staircase. There are two washers and two dryers. They are coin operated ($1.00 to wash and a $1.50 to dry). Please make sure all decision makers are at the original showing as there may not be a time to get back in for multiple showings. This unit is tenant occupied so showing times are very limited and for the current tenant's privacy, we have to keep to our allocated time. The unit is available now The application fee is $40/person. If you would like an application, please let me know and I'll send you the link. Application fees are done through a third party and are non-refundable. There is a move-in fee of $395/person (non-refundable). Pets are negotiable with a $750 non-refundable pet fee. Once approved for the apartment a lease will be sent for signature. The deposit or move in fee/ first month rent are due at this point.
