Lease Duration & Availability Lease Term: 12-month lease preferred. Available For Move-In: August 1st, 2026. Utility Policy: Utilities are not included in the monthly base rent. Tenant is responsible for setting up and paying all usage-based utilities directly to the providers (including Electricity, Gas, Water/Sewer/Trash, and Internet). Lawn Care: Landlord will cover the cost and arrangement of lawn care services. Snow Removal: Tenant is responsible for keeping the driveway, walkways, and sidewalks clear of snow and ice during the winter months. Pet Considerations: While pet details and fees are outlined in the main listing framework, final pet approval is subject to a casual "meet and greet" with the landlord prior to lease signing to ensure the property is a good fit. Smoking Policy: This is strictly a smoke-free and vape-free property. Smoking of any kind (including tobacco and cannabis) is completely prohibited inside the home, as well as outside on the porch or deck areas. Renters Insurance: Renters insurance is mandatory for all occupants and proof of an active policy must be provided to the landlord prior to the move-in date.
