The rent due on the 1st of each month is $2,100. Upon approval of an application, a security deposit of $2,500 is due within 48 hours and non-refundable after 72 hours of receipt. Pets are welcome and owners are responsible to keep the pets clean and respectful of the home/yard. Please inquire about breed restrictions. A $500 pet deposit ($250 non-refundable and $250 refundable) and a $25 pet fee per month per pet. Up to 2 dogs or cats are allowed and must be listed on the lease and vaccinated.
Tenant is required to pay electricity, gas, water, sewage, and trash and must show proof of transfer of services either prior to move-in or within 7 days of lease start date.
