Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the unit, and evidence of smoking will result in a $200 fee. Smoking is allowed outside. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outdoors, and owners must pick up and dispose of feces properly. Pets cannot be left unattended in studios. No parties or non-registered overnight guests are allowed. No illegal drugs are permitted on the premises. ID will be required upon booking. The bathroom is slightly elevated with one step up to enter, and the walk-in shower has a single step down. Occasionally, a nearby facility may cause an odor, usually unnoticeable.
