Lease Summary & Tenant Criteria: Monthly Rent: $4,000/month, Lease Duration: 24-Month Lease (Strictly 2-Year Contract)Total Contract Value: $96,000 over the 24-month duration. Parking: 1 dedicated garage parking space is included in the monthly rent price. Smoking Policy: This is a strictly non-smoking unit and building. Smoking of any substance is prohibited indoors. Pet Policy & Restrictions: Pets are welcome on a conditional basis with the following strict limitations: Quantity Limits: Maximum of 2 animals total per household (e.g., 2 cats, 2 dogs, or 1 cat and 1 dog). Weight Limits: All animals must be under a strict 30 lbs weight limit per pet. Non-Refundable Pet Fees: An upfront, non-refundable pet fee is due prior to move-in.
