Rental application information is accurate, complete, and can be verified. Application is submitted with the screening fee, and holding deposit. (Check or money order, NO CASH). Present tenancy verified by a paid utility bill in the applicant's name. 7. Applicant is capable of paying all deposits, fees and required rent prior to move in. ($2675 min. total, more if there are pets) 8. Previous landlords were given required notice prior to move out. Your completed application will be thoroughly screened. Any incomplete, inaccurate or false information will be cause for denial of application. Reusable tenant screening report will not be accepted.
