- Fully furnished house minus the bedding and towels and kitchenware. - Lease until end of May 2027, when the property turns back into an AirBnb. - Pets negotiable. Normally $35 extra pet rent per month per pet. - At least one adult must have a minimum 650 FICO score to apply and that person must have a full time job with regular pay OR retired with guaranteed net income. The entire group must have enough net income that is at least twice the rent per month. The income must be verifiable. - Owner pays for water & sewer & basic internet. Tenants pay for other utilities. - Large deck acts as a carport. Driveway can easily hold 4 vehicles. Extra large 14.25' wide x 31' deep x 12' high finished/insulated garage (450 sq ft) included. This large one stall garage is available to the tenants. There is a second stall garage, which is not available to tenants. - There is an EV/RV plugin on the outside of the garage. The circuit can be switched to a heated garage, if one does not have need for EV/RV plugin. - Tenant must show proof of renters insurance. - Security deposit more than rent, since house is furnished. Tenants responsible for any damage that is caused to furnishings, etc. - Pet deposit extra depending on pet. Normally $200 extra pet deposit per pet. - Tenants not allowed to sublet to others, that are not on this Lease. All adults must be on the Lease. - Tenants responsible for propane, electric, trash, and any charges over basic internet. - NOTE1: No more than 6 adults. No more than 8 people total including children and adults. Since property has two Master Bedroom Suites, it would be possible for 2 sets of working couples to rent the property. - NOTE2: Maximum length lease is from September 15th until May 31st, which is about 8 months. Shorter Lease is negotiable, however must be at least 7 months.
