CREDIT CHECK: The prospective tenant shall not have any significant write-offs, delinquencies etc. the tenant's credit score shall be no less than 600 and have no more than 2 collection charges on their record (school and hospital bills excluded). If the credit score is below 600 but applicant meets all other requirements the landlord may require additional security deposit. NO EVICTION RECORD. Tenant MUST have prior rental references (unless homeowner). We do not rent to first time renters. Friends and relatives are not considered a valid landlord. We DO NOT accept co-signers, or roommates. The full deposit amount and first month's rent shall be payable prior to taking possession of a unit. We DO NOT hold units. Within 24 hours of being an accepted tenant payment of first month's rent must be paid, or we will continue to accept applications.
