Lease terms

This property is offered with a preferred three (3) year lease term to provide long-term housing stability for both the resident and owner. One- and two-year lease terms may be considered at the owner's discretion. Rent is due on the first day of each month. A security deposit, completed application, income verification, credit screening, background check, and rental history verification are required for all applicants. Residents are responsible for utilities unless otherwise specified. No smoking is permitted inside the home. Pets may be permitted subject to owner approval, pet screening, and payment of a pet deposit for each approved pet. A maximum of two (2) dogs or one (1) cat is permitted. Individual pet weight may not exceed thirty-five (35) pounds. Breed restrictions may apply. A late fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) will be assessed on any rent payment not received by the end of the day on the tenth (10th) of each month.
