The campers breakfast table and outdoor covered deck faces east, so you can wake up to mountain views and sunrises every morning. It's quiet, friendly, and truly feels like country living. The available space is rented month-to-month and term will end at first freeze of 2026 (Nov/December). First month's rent and a security deposit are required to move in. No smoking and no pets inside, please. Only those listed on the lease can be on the property, with a maximum of two people. Rent covers Wi-Fi, water, and up to $50 of metered electricity. Propane is used for heat, and hot water. There are 3 full tanks. Tenant will be responsible to refill the tanks. Garbage service isn't included, but the local dump is open Wednesdays and Saturdays if you need it.
