Lease terms

Thank you for your interest in our residential community known as EAST LAKE STUDIOS! Please review and complete the online application to pre-qualify for any of our units. All applicants of age 18 and older must complete and submit an online application and provide the required documentation prior to scheduling a viewing. No pets are allowed in this building. Lease terms are for a period of one (1) year although shorter lease terms are available with a 25% surcharge. Please make sure to list all sources of income on the rental application including income identified under SB329. All sources of income including verifiable income paid to a housing owner or landlord on behalf of a tenant, including federal, state, or local public assistance and federal, state, or local housing subsidies, including, but not limited to, federal housing assistance vouchers under Section 8 of the U.S. Housing Act of 1937 are considered sources of income under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) Upon submission of the application a valid copy of your Driver's License, Social Security Card and Verification of Income must be submitted via email to EAST LAKE STUDIOS allows a maximum of two people in a studio unit.
