Rental application information is accurate, complete, and can be verified. Application is submitted with the screening fee, and holding deposit. (Check or money order, NO CASH). Present tenancy verified by a paid utility bill in the applicant's name. 7. Applicant is capable of paying all deposits, fees and required rent prior to move in.
