Lease options: 10-month (academic year, Aug May) or 12-month (full year) at a discounted monthly rate. Individual leases you're only responsible for your own room. Security deposit equal to one month's rent due at signing, along with first month's (or prorated) rent. Deposit refundable within 30 days of move-out per SC law, less any documented damages. Utilities included: high-speed gigabit internet, water, gas, electric, and trash, up to a $400/month cap. Any usage above the cap is split equally among all tenants. Furnished with queen bed, mattress, frame, dresser, desk, chair, and nightstand. In-unit LG washer/dryer and fully stocked kitchen included. Tenant brings own sheets and comforter. No smoking.
