The studio has a full kitchen that offers soft close cabinets, quartz countertops and plenty of storage. The full bath has a high pressure rain shower head and over the toilet storage options. The studio is fully furnished with a queen bed with memory foam mattress, under-bed storage, dining table & chairs, leather reclining loveseat, dresser & 42" TV. The unit has its own HVAC as well. Shared laundry with front unit. Private parking pad. Fully fenced shared yard. All utilities & the super fast WiFi are included during the winter season only. Pest control and yard maintenance is covered in rent as well. Just bring your personal items and enjoy the sun & salt life! Any resident over 18 must have a clean background check and credit score of 650+. Income must be 2.5x rent. Tours available after a completed background & credit check.
