This neighborhood is amazing and in close proximity to tons of restaurants, bars, and hiking/biking trails. It has the peaceful quiet of a house in a nice neighborhood but also the proximity to get downtown very quickly. The house is 3 beds and 2 baths, with a living room and a family room. All of the furniture is high quality (West Elm, etc.) and the mattresses are relatively new (Tuft & Needle). Most of the artwork on the walls is from local East Austin artists. Trash/waste included in rent; Renter to pay electricity, gas, and internet (currently Google Fiber)
