No smoking house, no appliances included, any repairs below $300 are renter's responsibility, anything above that, is landlord's responsibility. Irrigation system included, no parking on grass, parking options: 2 car garage, 2 cars on driveway and 2 cars on street. Small pet inside house allowed only if renter is responsible for possible damage and cleaning. Tenant screening required, fee will be credited towards first month if contract is signed.
