The home is offered on a month-to-month basis because we inherited a senior Great Pyrenees and have been unable to find a rescue willing to take her. She lives exclusively in a climate-controlled doghouse in the owner-retained backyard, and we stop by at least twice each day to care for her. The owners have Ring cameras in the backyard to monitor/communicate with the dog. The backyard is reserved for the owner and is not included with the rental. The dog does not have access to the house or the front yard.
Due to the home's original historic architecture, vintage fixtures, and unchildproofed design. It is not safe for young children (approximately ages 6 months to 5 years).
No pets and no subletting.
