Feel at home in this multi-level townhouse at Jacksonville Beach, offering breathtaking ocean views and an ideal setting for your beach getaway. This home features an open living space with floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase amazing panoramic ocean views. This townhouse sleeps 8 and features a full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishes, silverware, and a coffee maker. Towels and sheets are provided. Enjoy entertainment with a flat-screen TV and included Wi-Fi. This is the definition of beach living. Free on-premise parking is available. Coffee, cream, and sugar are provided with the coffee pot. Eating utensils are also included. Jacksonville Beach boasts 22 miles of wide, uncrowded, white-sandy beaches, offering majestic sunrises and star-filled nights. Visitors will find plenty to do with a variety of water activities. Casual restaurants, nightlife hotspots, and souvenir shops blend into the scene without crowding the views of the shorelines. Please note that some windows and the sliding glass door are scheduled for replacement due to coastal corrosion and normal wear from the salt air environment. While functional, a few windows and the slider may be harder to open and close than normal at times, with the slider door being exceptionally hard to open. For guest safety and to prevent further damage, please do not open the master bedroom windows or the kitchen window located by the dining room table during your stay. We are currently awaiting scheduling from the window company to complete these upgrades. Early arrivals and late check-outs are not guaranteed due to our tight cleaning schedule and may incur a fee of $100 for 1-2 hours or $200 for 2-3 hours. A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. No pets are allowed, and bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats are allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs. Garage access is not permitted due to liability. If applicable, garage doors must stay closed. The primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay. No food or drink is allowed in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees apply for stains. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs. Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure. Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs. Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving. Keep windows closed for security. Avoid overloading laundry machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap. Keep the storage closet closed and locked. Leftover consumables are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed. Do not rearrange furniture. Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking. Illegal activities will result in immediate eviction. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors. A laptop-friendly workspace is available.
