This townhouse features an open living space with floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase panoramic ocean views. The full kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, microwave, dishes, silverware, and a coffee maker. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, and stay entertained with a flat-screen TV. All art in the home is by Outdoor Photographers Max Hall and Tanner Olthoff. Free on-premise parking is available. Coffee, cream, and sugar are provided with the coffee pot. Eating utensils are included. Jacksonville Beach boasts 22 miles of wide, uncrowded, white-sandy beaches, offering majestic sunrises and star-filled nights. Visitors will find plenty to do with a variety of water activities, casual restaurants, nightlife hotspots, and souvenir shops that blend into the scene without crowding the shoreline views. Please note that some windows and the sliding glass door are scheduled for replacement due to coastal corrosion. While functional, a few windows and the slider may be harder to open and close than normal at times, with the slider door being exceptionally hard to open. For guest safety and to prevent further damage, please do not open the master bedroom windows or the kitchen window located by the dining room table during your stay. We are currently awaiting scheduling from the window company to complete these upgrades and appreciate your understanding. Late check-outs and early arrivals are available for a fee: 1-2 hours for $100, and 2-3 hours for $200, though they are not guaranteed due to a tight cleaning schedule. A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. No pets are allowed, and bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, with no cats allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will apply. Garage access is not permitted. The primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay. No food or drink is allowed in bedrooms, with extra cleaning fees for stains. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fine for violations. Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure. Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher before leaving. Keep windows closed for security. Avoid overloading laundry machines, do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap. Keep the storage closet closed and locked. Leftover consumables are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed. Do not rearrange furniture. Unauthorized parties are not allowed, and violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed will incur an additional charge of $100 per person and requires approval. Illegal activities will result in immediate eviction. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. A laptop-friendly workspace is available.
