Lease terms

No Smoking Property 12 Month Lease. Monthly Lease= $1825 $1825 Security Deposit and First Months Rent due at lease signing. Small dogs and cats allowed (2 pets Max) under 30lbs (no exceptions) Pet Fee: $300 at lease signing and $25/month per pet. Income Requirement: Combined gross monthly income must be at least 3.5X the amount of rent. Credit and Background Check Required. Maximum of 2 Cars due to limited parking at complex. All Utilities are Tenant Responsibility. No more than 2 individuals per bedroom Anyone who is 18 or older must submit an application and pay nonrefundable application fee of $50 per applicant. Pets are a case by case basis and need to be approved before applying. Must submit photo of all pets, property manager has final say on approval of the pet. Must submit a copy of a valid form of identification Must submit copies of most recent months payroll stubs Must provide all landlord contact info for past 2 years of residency No evictions filed Negative landlord references or consistent late rent payments will be grounds for denial Inaccurate or falsified information will be grounds for denial
