This large studio features abundant natural light, separate sleeping and living quarters, a full kitchen, tub and shower combo, Mini-split (heater and AC combo), and all utilities paid except internet. All leases are month-to-month with a 2-month minimum. Pets are welcome with breed and size restrictions as well as an additional $25 a month pet rent. To qualify for this rental, tenants must have an income that is at least 2.5 times the rent, pass a clean background check, and complete a credit check. Proof of employment is required, and tenants must pay the first and last month's rent along with a security deposit to move in. Last month's rent may be waved for qualified tenants.
