This beautiful corner unit in phase II of the luxurious Gull's Cove building opens for rent in August.… You will love the high ceilings, abundance of light pouring in from the big windows and the spacious layout. The apartment, built in 2017, is modern and beautifully done. It is a 2.5 bedroom consisting of a big master bedroom with private bath, and a second bedroom that has been split into 2 rooms.
We loved living in this home with our 2 young kids until we moved out of state. We had a wonderful family rent for last 4 years and we are sad to see them leave. They also loved living there and would be available as a reference for any concerns.
Location is excellent. A 10/10. Short walk to all transportation to NYC, amazing restaurants and the waterfront is steps away. At the same time, building is nestled in a quieter setting.
The building has 2 patios with outdoor furniture, grills, and a kids play area. There is also a large modern clubroom with a kids play room, tvs, lounging areas and games. Finally, the building also has a gym with updated equipment.
