Utilities * Tenant is responsible for paying all electricity and natural gas services. * Landlord is responsible for paying the water bill. No Smoking Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the dwelling or anywhere on the property. No Pets No pets are permitted on the property without the prior written consent of the Landlord. Occupancy Only the individuals listed as tenants on this agreement may occupy the premises unless otherwise approved in writing by the Landlord. Maintenance Tenant agrees to keep the premises clean and in good condition and to promptly notify the Landlord of any maintenance issues or repairs needed. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the property is located.
