Tenant is responsible for gas and electric utilities. One small pet is welcome with a one-time, non-refundable $150 pet fee. No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the apartment. Parking & Neighborhood Plenty of free street parking is available for residents and guests. This is the upper unit of a duplex. The downstairs unit is occupied by a friendly, respectful, and quiet family, so we're looking for tenants who appreciate a peaceful living environment and are considerate of their neighbors. Maintenance & Tenant Responsibilities We strive to keep the property well maintained and respond promptly to legitimate maintenance requests. Tenants are expected to keep the apartment clean and in good condition throughout their tenancy. The tenant is responsible for the repair or replacement of minor damage to appliances resulting from misuse, negligence, or accidental damage. Renters Insurance Renters insurance is not required, but it is strongly recommended. The landlord is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the tenant's personal belongings. Application Requirements To ensure a great fit for everyone, applicants will be asked to provide: A copy of their credit report. Recent pay stubs (proof of income). A background check will be conducted as part of the application process. We are looking for tenants with a history of paying rent on time, maintaining stable income, and treating their home with care and respect.
