Lease terms

Monthly Rent: $1,300 due on the 1st of each month. Lease Term: 12-month lease. Utilities: Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash, internet, cable, and any other services connected to the property. Lawn Care & Snow Removal: Tenant is responsible for maintaining the lawn, landscaping, and snow/ice removal, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Occupancy: Only individuals listed on the lease may occupy the property. Smoking: No smoking is permitted inside the home. Pets: No pets permitted without prior written approval from the landlord. Maintenance: Tenant is responsible for keeping the property clean and promptly reporting any maintenance or repair issues. Renters Insurance: Proof of renters insurance is required before move-in and must be maintained throughout the lease term. Application Requirements: All applicants 18 years of age or older must complete an application and may be subject to background, credit, income, and rental history verification. Move-In Requirements: First month's rent and the full security deposit are due before possession of the property is granted.
