Utilities are not included in the rent price. Landlord recommends but not requires obtaining renters insurance to cover tenant property within the condo. There is no insurance policy that covers the tenant's property. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ALLOWED INSIDE APARTMENT. NOTE THAT THE SECURITY FEE WILL BE USED FOR CLEANING THE SMOKE SMELL. Candles are a fire hazard. No candles of any kind are allowed inside or outside the condo. Landlord is not responsible for towed vehicles. Parking permits are provided and required. Condo must be returned clean in the same condition that was provided. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of $250 will be deducted from the security deposit. Leaving trash bags outside the apartment is forbidden. There is a $50 penalty per event. Pets: there is a one-time $125 and monthly $25 pet fee for EVERY pet in the apartment. Pets are limited to small cats/dogs no heavier than 10 pounds Not more than two pets allowed. Tenant agrees to reimburse Landlord for any damages caused by any pet kept by Tenant on the Premises, whether the damage is to the Premises or to any common areas. Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from any liability to third parties which may result from Tenant's keeping of such pet. Security Fee will be used to cover any damage to the existing furniture, appliances, and apartment.
