The condo is located on the east slope of Queen Anne, across the street from Lake Union. The view is absolutely wonderful, watch the seaplanes take off and land or the sail boats going by. You get the nice morning sun from the East and a beautiful afternoon with the sun behind you making Westlake much more pleasant than Eastlake during the summer. Walk to Fremont or South Lake Union. Minutes from Downtown and Seattle Center. Easy access to both I-5 and highway 99. Very convenient for car, bus, or bike.
The unit is about 900 sq ft. The two bedrooms are quite comfortable and about equally big. There is amazing amount of storage space and huge closet with organizers. The unit has been completely remodeled with new kitchen, and bathroom. One parking spot is included in the rent. Three sets of coin operated washers and dryers are available in the building. All of the plumbing have been recently replaced including the water main to the city.
The condo is on the first floor of a 24-unit building. There are 4 entry to the building and the parking spot is right by the front door. The unit is on the first floor but because it's on a hill, it appears to be on the 3rd floor when looking out on Westlake. The best way to get here is from Dexter and turn on Newton (Swedish club). There are plenty of street parking for a 2nd car or guest parking.
