The fully stocked kitchen boasts ample counter space and a dual drip/Keurig coffee machine with provided coffee, sugar, creamer, and syrups. The dining area comfortably seats 10, and a retro bar cart is equipped with drinkware, a cocktail recipe book, and a cocktail shaker. Each bedroom offers a unique charm: the Master Suite includes a king bed, desk space, TV, and a private half bath; Bedroom 2 has a trendy king bed with a TV; Bedroom 3 features a cozy queen bed; and Bedroom 4 includes a full-size trundle bed with a twin underneath and a TV. The bathrooms include a main floor full bath with a walk-in shower, a second-floor full bath with a tub/shower combo, and a private half bath in the master suite. Free garage parking is available, and a washer/dryer are provided for your convenience. Pets are allowed with a $125 flat fee for up to 2 dogs. Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100 fee. All pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay, or a $150 fee will apply and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. Located minutes from Downtown Cleveland, you'll have easy access to top restaurants, nightlife, and attractions. The Cleveland Metroparks Zoo is also nearby, making it a great spot for families. With convenient access to major highways, quick trips to surrounding areas and attractions are effortless. This home is monitored by neighbors and staff, and any unauthorized gathering or party will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund, along with additional cleaning and damage fees. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Please keep noise to a minimum when outside, as excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is permitted. Underage drinking, drug use, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Avoid confetti, glitter, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank for the grill if needed; receipts will be reimbursed. Hot tub rules include showering before use, limiting use to 15-minute intervals for sensitive skin, using beach towels, a maximum occupancy of 7 guests, no unsupervised children, no diving or jumping, no food or drink in the tub, no glass in or near the hot tub, keeping the hot tub clean and clear, keeping noise down, no smoking in the hot tub, turning off jets after use, always covering the hot tub after use, no pets in the hot tub, and not turning off the hot tub itself (only the jets). The temperature should remain at 100F when not in use. Do not add any chemicals without approval. Optional checkout steps are appreciated but not mandatory. The Master Suite features a dedicated desk space, perfect for remote work or relaxation.
