The neighborhood is peaceful, tucked away from the street with large oak trees, and offers a small-town feel with always an event or attraction to enjoy.
You may hear children playing during daytime hours as there is a small private school next door. Smoking is permitted outside the property in designated outdoor areas. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur an additional fee of $250. Additional fees apply for vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), unauthorized pets ($200), and dirty dishes ($50). Missing towels will incur a $20 fee per towel. Unauthorized pets will incur a minimum $250 cleaning and sanitation fee. Forgotten personal items may be shipped within one week of discovery at the guest's expense plus a $30 fee. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the agreed-upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour late checkout fee. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00.
