This home is kid-friendly and pet-friendly, with pets welcome for a fee of $75 per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. Additional fees will apply for damages, not picking up after pets in the yard, or pets on furniture or beds. Pets are not allowed to be left alone unless crated, and pet noise must not cause a disturbance to neighbors. Unauthorized pets will incur a minimum $250 cleaning and sanitation fee.

It's a 11-minute drive to Navy Point Beach and a 24-minute drive to the main Pensacola Beach.
There is a small private school next door, so you may hear children playing during school hours. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. No parties or events are allowed. Additional cleaning fees will apply for drug paraphernalia ($300), bodily fluid or waste ($300), glitter or confetti ($250), smoking ($250), unauthorized pets ($250), and dishes ($50). Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Forgotten personal items may be shipped within one week of discovery, with the guest responsible for shipping costs plus a $30 fee. Shipping is only domestic. If additional guests are joining beyond the original reservation guest count, please contact the host immediately. Any additional guests over the specified amount will result in a $75 fee per person. Late checkout will result in a $60 per hour fee.
