Lease is for July 1st, 2026 through September 15th, 2026. Contact us if your dates vary slightly. You are renting two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a guest suite with a full kitchen in a larger house that is empty during the summer. Several other rooms in the house contain the owners' items and are not available for use. All utilities are included. There is a $300 cleaning fee on departure and a $2,000 refundable security deposit. No smoking is allowed. No pets. Spacious off-street parking is available next to the house. Tenant responsibilities: there are a few plants that will need weekly watering. The hot tub chemical balance will need to be monitored and maintained (we'll work with you on how to do that).

Enjoy a peaceful summer retreat on a quiet and private… 5 acre property close to Kanab. We are renting our guest suite. The entire house will be empty during the summer. This fully furnished home features:
Two bedrooms:
- Primary bedroom with a queen bed and walk in closet
- Second bedroom with a king sized bed
Fully equipped kitchen: stocked with cookware, dishes, full-sized refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher
Spacious living areas: access to shared spaces in the house, including the dining room, living room, and laundry.
Outdoor amenities: fenced back yard, grill, and a large, covered porch with furniture, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Private hot tub, perfect for stargazing and enjoying the darkest skies.
The property offers exceptional privacy and quiet, surrounded by nature.
Rent: $2,000 per month with an additional $300 cleaning fee + $2,000 refundable security deposit
Pets: Not allowed (we travel with our two cats during the summer and need to maintain a pet-free home)
Utilities and Maintenance: The home is all electric with a heat pump that provides all-home heating and air conditioning. An all-house water filtration system provides filtered water to all faucets. Lawn care is provided weekly. All utilities including high-speed internet are included. Charging for electric vehicles is available outside the garage.
