Rental price is reflecting the landscape needed as we would suggest hiring it out to a professional. No smoking. No pets. No co-signers. Roommates must have minimum 1 year living together previously to qualify. All utilities to be paid by the tenant. Gas and electric will be in the name of the tenant and the City utilities will be charged separately and paid with rent. $500 non refundable portion of the deposit.
