Our cabin will be available on June 1st for rent. It is a newly remodeled manufactured home that is about 1000sf. 2 bed/2bath with large covered porch facing water. It includes a new washer/dryer. We would prefer no pets, but would consider a small dog. No Smoking allowed. It does have furniture currently, but would be happy to move it out. The property is a 2 acre lot with direct water access. The water flows year round from a spring and varies from 6 feet deep to over 15 feet. We are in a small gated community with 10 other homes. This is some of the best water in the hill country. Very quiet and peaceful. We are about 15 mins to Kerrville and 15 mins to Fredericksburg. Included: Water, trash and monthly mowing. Will require 1 month rent deposit, credit check, background check. Approximate location is 2000 block of Fielder Rd, Harper, TX $1600/month
