Conveniently located near dining, beaches, and Baytowne Wharf activities, this condo promises an unforgettable escape. The beautiful Miramar Beach is just a short drive away, with Sandtrap Road Beach Access conveniently located just 3 miles from the property. Please note: No elevator access; condo is on the third floor. The pool and treadmills are currently under maintenance and may be unavailable or have limited access. Guests must be at least 16 years old to use the gym unless accompanied by an adult. Check-in instructions and a 4-digit access code will be provided prior to arrival. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Guests agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. No pets are allowed on the property unless prior written authorization is obtained, with a $100 pet fee. Events and vendors are prohibited. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Guests agree to pay any damage made to the property. Host or Host's Agent may enter the Property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours' notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules. Costs to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. Guests are to dispose of food in the available trash can. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks/ door hardware. If guests lock themselves out, they are responsible for the locksmith fee. Guests must be respectful of neighbors, and shall keep noise to a minimum. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from Property. All items in kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. Check-out time is 10 am. Guests are to pay a $50 fine if not checked out by the specified check-out time. A $25 late check-out fee for each extended hour of stay will be charged if approved by the host. Guests must report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Guests must use rails when using stairs, no running, or horseplay, and children will need to be accompanied when using stairs. Guests must wear shoes and watch where they step in yards. Only the specific number of guests noted in the booking are allowed on premises unless approved in writing by the host/manager. Guests agree to pay a charge of $20 per person/ per day for every visitor not identified by Guest in the reservation. You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking to reserve this Property. Host shall not be liable to Guest, its guests or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guests must report hazardous items to avoid an accident. We do not child-proof any of our units. Guests agree to pay any damage made by guests or their visitors to the Property and Property furnishings, fixtures, or furniture. The living room offers relaxation with a smart TV.
