Check-out time is 10 am, with a $50 fine for late check-out and a $25 fee for each extended hour if approved. Guests must report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Shoes must be removed inside the home. A $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. No pets are allowed without prior written authorization, with a $100 pet fee if approved, or a $300 fee and eviction for unapproved pets. No events or vendors are permitted. Any damage to furnishings or fixtures will be charged to the guest. Lost or damaged keys will incur a $25 replacement cost. A $20 per person/per day charge will apply for visitors exceeding the number noted in the reservation. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am; disturbances may lead to eviction. Guests are responsible for locksmith fees if locked out. Guests are responsible for child-proofing the unit. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
