It should be available for early July. Considering offering separate rental of the attached single bay garage. The apartment is about 1150sq ft, has tons of closet space, and it has a private outdoor porch (~6x20) on the 2nd floor. There are two good-sized bedrooms, kitchen/pantry, dining room, living room, and a bonus room off the living room that's currently used as a home office. There is also a nice laundry room setup on the 2nd floor just outside the apartment. There is no driveway parking, but the street parking in the neighborhood is free and plentiful. The rent is $2,100 per month with water, sewer and trash pickup included. The apartment has oil heat and the entire house has been insulated and air sealed for energy efficiency and comfort. There is even a brand-new Heat Recovery Ventilation system that was just installed that quietly removes stale air while using it to pre-heat fresh air as it comes into the apartment. As an added perk, we are providing fiber internet (and Wi-Fi) for the house and are happy to split the cost between the two units so you can use it at half the normal cost for fiber! Though, you're welcome to get your own internet if you prefer. Cats and small dogs are negotiable. The apartment is about a 15-minute walk to downtown and just ~5 minutes to two local parks, Angela's Pasta & Cheese, the Farm & Flower stand, and the neighborhood brewery.
