The second bedroom has a dresser and murphy bed available. Porch furniture is also available for use. Furniture is negotiable and pictures are available for serious inquires. Outdoor Space: Enjoy your own private covered porch (~6x20), a lovely spot for relaxing for a cup of coffee. There's also a large farmers porch at the front of the house. Laundry: A washer and dryer are available in the basement, exclusively for the use of the first-floor tenants.
