Lease terms

Monthly Rent: $1,700 Lease Term: 12-month lease preferred. Security Deposit: One month's rent ($1,700), subject to application approval. Application: All applicants 18 years and older must complete an application, credit/background screening, income verification, and rental history verification. Income Requirement: Gross household income must be at least 2 times the monthly rent. Pets: Pets considered on a case-by-case basis with owner approval. Maximum of 2 pets. A $350 non-refundable pet fee per pet and $35/month pet rent apply. Service animals and approved assistance animals are not considered pets. Smoking: No smoking or vaping permitted inside the home. Utilities: Tenant is responsible for all utilities, and routine exterior maintenance. Appliances: Refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer, and dryer are included for tenant convenience. Occupancy: Maximum occupancy in accordance with local housing standards. Renter's Insurance: Required prior to move-in and maintained throughout the lease term. Parking: Off-street parking available. Move-In: First month's rent and security deposit are due before possession of the property. Lease Compliance: Tenant must comply with all lease terms and maintain the property in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition.
