Approximately 1 mile from Lido Island and Backbay. The house has a driveway, large backyard, and garage. Very safe neighborhood and family friendly. Additionally there is plenty of street parking. Laundry is available on-sight (laundry area is only shared by two other households). There is no A/C, but typically don't need it living this close to the beach. During the week I keep it pretty low key because of my work schedule, but on the weekends I like to ride or run with friends and go to breweries in town.
