Private decks and yards bring outdoor living to a new level with custom-built fire pits, lounge seating, al fresco dining, and outdoor BBQ kitchens. The main living room features two leather sofas and sofa chairs, a Smart TV, board games, a grand stone fireplace, and a wooden coffee table. Two additional family rooms each have a large smart TV and a wet bar with a wine fridge, blender, mixing equipment, and sink. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, stove, oven, blender, toaster, refrigerator/freezer with a water dispenser, coffee maker, drip coffee machine, dishwasher, hot water kettle, sink, trays, glasses, silverware, and pots & pans. Dining options include a formal dining table with seating for 8, a breakfast table with seating for 6, and a kitchen bar with seating for 3.
On-site parking is provided. A pack 'n play can be arranged upon request. For guests enjoying extended stays, optional Mid-Stay Refresh services are available, including a full linen refresh, kitchen reset, trash removal, and light cleaning of all high-touch surfaces.

This is a strictly smoke-free chalet. Any evidence of indoor smoking will result in an odor-remediation fee up to $2,000. We welcome up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per dog applies. Pets must not be left unattended and are not permitted on the furniture or beds. To maintain the tranquility of the surroundings, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Large parties, weddings, or external gatherings are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized events or noise violations may result in immediate eviction without refund. For your safety, the property is equipped with a Ring doorbell and/or exterior-only security cameras monitoring entry points. There are no cameras in interior spaces. 4WD or AWD vehicles are highly recommended during the winter months.
