This three-story home is located in the gated community of Emerald Waters Village, offering a safe and peaceful setting for your stay. The first floor features a living space with a large TV, a Queen sleeper sofa, a kitchenette with a mini fridge, and a foosball table. Bedroom 1, designed for kids, includes two triple Twin bunk beds, a walk-in closet, a full-sized washer and dryer, and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The second floor is the heart of the home, with a dining area seating 10 plus two additional seats, and a private balcony. Bedroom 2 offers a King bed, a large TV, a walk-in closet, and a spa-worthy ensuite bathroom with a massive walk-in shower and dual vanities. The immaculate kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and a wine cooler, and it flows seamlessly into the living space which features a large Smart TV and a cozy fireplace. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a stand-up shower. The third floor includes a full shared bathroom, a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, a cozy couch, and a large TV. Bedroom 4 has a King bed and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with his-and-hers sinks and an oversized bathtub. Bedroom 5 features another King bed, a large TV, and private balcony access, using the shared hallway bathroom. The standout feature of this level is the massive wraparound balcony, furnished with ample patio seating. A six-passenger golf cart is included for guests aged 25+ to enjoy cruising around. Guests have access to two community pools. Paid add-ons include a non-refundable pet fee for up to 2 house-trained pets, with a $200 fee per pet. ADA-registered service animals are exempt from this fee. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles and the complimentary golf cart. This home is nestled between Highway 98 and Scenic Hwy 98, offering easy access to everything Destin and Miramar Beach have to offer. It is perfectly situated near a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, with Destin Commons just 3 miles away and Silver Sands Premium Outlets only 2.5 miles from the home. You'll be just a short walk (less than half a mile) from the gated beach access exclusive to the community. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Events and parties are not permitted. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Luggage cannot be left at the property before check-in or after check-out. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under age 25 are permitted without a parent or guardian present. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, or additional fees will be assessed. Drivers using the golf cart must be 25 years or older with a valid license and current vehicle insurance coverage, and must fill out a waiver prior to arrival. The first-floor living area includes a TV where guests can log in to their favorite streaming services. The third-floor living space also features a large TV.
