Comes with a full kitchen, point of use hot water tank, radiant heated floors, fireplace and covered decks both front and back. There is a unit above it, however care was taken to make sure noise and disturbances from above were minimized during construction. One snow plowed parking spot is provided during winter months, the landlord pays for electric, water, and sewer. The tenant is responsible for propane and internet. Unit comes furnished with the exception of bed, it will fit up to a king. Rent is $2000 with a $3000 security deposit, 1 year lease minimum. We do run credit and background checks.
