The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and stocked with cooking basics. A laundry closet includes a washer and dryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi is provided. Fresh hotel-quality bed and bath linens are throughout the home, and a welcome basket with snacks and Keurig K-Cups is included.
A fully fenced backyard with outdoor seating and a firepit is available for use. Driveway parking is provided. All utilities, internet, lawn care, and pest control are included with your stay. Pets are welcome with approval and applicable fees.
This home is conveniently located just 1 mile from LakePoint Sports Complex, 3 miles from Lake Allatoona, and 5 miles from Red Top Mountain State Park. It also offers convenient access to dining, shopping, and local attractions in the Bartow area.
This is a non-smoking property, and no events are permitted. Evidence of smoking indoors or outdoors will incur a $400 housekeeping expense. Check-out is at 10 am. If the cleaning team arrives and is unable to access the property due to a delayed checkout, a $50 cleaner trip fee will apply. Tampering with or disabling electronic monitoring devices is prohibited. The internet plan includes 1.2TB per month; exceeding this limit may impact speeds. Guests are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by them or their party during their stay. Mail should not be sent to the rental property. Lost items are not the responsibility of the host. For stays of 40-60 nights, a mid-stay clean is required, and for stays over 60 nights, a deep clean replaces the standard checkout clean. Any mid-stay clean, deep clean, restocking, or extra inventory requests are charged separately. Parties are prohibited, and a gathering is considered anyone additional to the number of guests listed on your reservation. An additional fee of $25 per extra person, per night will apply for each additional guest beyond the property's bed count. The propane grill is available for use, and guests should ensure the knob is left in the off position and check for flammable debris. Guests are asked to be mindful of only flushing toilet paper. Trash must be bagged and placed in the garbage bin located on the side of the home, and the bin is to be rolled to the end of the road Thursday nights for early Friday morning pick up. Failure to set trash out for scheduled pick up incurs a fee. In the event of a system failure, neither the property owner nor the management shall be liable to the guest for damages, and no refunds will be given. Management will make an effort to promptly repair or replace the failed system or equipment. Management will not assume liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, pests, construction, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control. Guests are recommended to carry or obtain insurance to protect themselves and their personal property. All payments are non-refundable. Reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking confirmation will be refunded, minus any applicable fees. For cancellations made after 24 hours of booking confirmation or within 24 hours of check-in, all payments will be forfeited.
