Well & Septic Care: Since the property has a private well and septic system, include that the tenant agrees to use the systems properly and not flush non-biodegradable items, grease, chemicals, wipes (even those labeled flushable), feminine hygiene products, etc. Entry: Landlord may enter the property with proper notice except in emergencies, as permitted by law. Subletting: Subleasing and/or short-term rentals (such as Airbnb/VRBO) are prohibited. Renters Insurance: Tenants are are required to maintain renters insurance.
