Rent, Deposit & Notice: Rent: $600/month | Refundable Security Deposit: $300 Plus utilities split equally Split equally among 2-3 people Total household usage is approximately these: Electricity ~$130 to $200 Water ~$90 1 gig ATT FIBER WiFi ~$65 Lease Term: Month-to-month leasing available. Prefer Yearly leasing. (30-day written notice required prior to move-out). Breaking lease: prorated $300 Pet Policy: Two sweet resident dogs live on the property full-time. Strict No-Outside-Pets Policy: For the comfort and safety of the resident dogs, no additional pets (dogs, cats, or small animals) are permitted. Might allow small dog for $25 per month additional charge if they get along with my 2 dogs. I do have pet door. Occupancy & House Rules: Single occupancy only. No indoor smoking. Guest Policy: No guests allowed Quiet hours observed from 12 AM to 9 AM. Shared Spaces: Full access to kitchen, living room (80" TV), in-unit laundry, and shared hallway bathroom (clean-as-you-go expectation). Parking space and 2 car garage space.
