Lease terms

Contrato minimo de 12 meses. Se requiere una fianza de $4,500 y el pago del primer mes de renta al firmar el contrato. La fianza no podra utilizarse como pago del ultimo mes de renta. La renta incluye internet, mantenimiento del condominio y un servicio de limpieza profesional al mes. El inquilino sera responsable de conectar y pagar los servicios de agua y electricidad. El apartamento se alquila completamente amueblado y equipado e incluye un estacionamiento exclusivo asignado bajo techo. El inquilino debera cuidar adecuadamente la propiedad, sus muebles, enseres y obras de arte, informar prontamente cualquier dano o reparacion necesaria y cumplir con las normas del condominio. La aprobacion final estara sujeta a la evaluacion de la solicitud y al cumplimiento de los requisitos de elegibilidad y evaluacion de la compania que provee el seguro de garantia de renta.
