This home is located in the uptown original historic district of Columbus. This is the epicenter of activity for the community. You're also just 2 blocks off the river where you can run or cycle the riverwalk or enjoy whitewater rafting. It's just a block north of Columbus Clingstones, the Atlanta Braves Class AA minor league baseball affiliate's amazing stadium. Neighborhood is very friendly and inviting with a very diverse group of folks. I've lived here for 25 years and absolutely love it. The house was completely rebuilt in 2019 so the historic exterior is in place however the interior is modern, the best of both worlds. The house is 1553 square feet but feels much larger due to high ceilings and open floor plan.
