I am currently living here with my sweet cats, Poppy and Linda. We are looking for a roommate to share the space. The home is barn style on the outside and warm-modern on the inside. The living space is an open concept with wood flooring, granite countertops, and modern appliances. The downstairs features a pantry, storage closet, and the half bathroom. On the second floor, the home features carpets, 3 bedrooms, a large common space (for entertaining), a full bath for the second individual, and a laundry room (washer/dryer provided). The third bedroom is a guest bedroom for guests that tenants may have. I have furnished the living room, dining room, kitchen necessities, the downstairs bathroom, the upstairs living room, and the guest bedroom. So less is more for you, nor do you need to spend on much more! On the outside, the home is walking distance from the clubhouse, which features a dine in restaurant, golf simulator, and golf range. The home also has a small, private patio. The home is nestled into a neighborhood with sidewalks for walking or biking. In terms of location, the house is 2 miles from the beach, 20 minutes from Portland, and 3 minutes from the highway. It is a great location for commuters and for those that like to venture out on the weekends. It is a safe neighborhood (1 mile from the OOB police station) with respectable neighbors.
