One year lease. Option to extend upon lessor's approval. Well water and garbage collection included. Tenant pays electricity plus internet and cable if desired. First month's rent plus security deposit required before move in. We are looking for a kind, mature, conscientious tenant(s) who places a high value on maintaining a healthy, clean, and beautiful living space. Ecological awareness is key. We do not permit the use of products with pesticides on our property. Important to lead a quiet lifestyle and to be animal friendly. (Owners have four dogs.) Tenant must have a verifiable source of income along with excellent credit and references. A background check will be done. An initial conversation is required prior to scheduling a visit. Please contact owner directly. A well-behaved pet will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
